Time for me to shill for someone else's community, because I think its brilliant.

I recently became a fan of the ukulele-playing genius sweetafton23, because her videos were mentioned on Jonathan Coulton's Blog. And she's trying to start up sing_along_club, a community for monthly LJ-wide geeky sing-a-longs.

As far as I'm concerned, this is what the internet is for. And I know I've got some musically-inclined friends out there who would be as into this as I am. Heck, a bunch of you can even sing well (a talent I cannot boast except when drunk.)

So come on, join up. Sing like you think no one's listening. You know you want to.
