Write a story (in whatever medium you choose) from that. The length is irrelevant as long as it is a complete and self-sufficient work.

Now let's be clear. I am not a published author, nor (in the impressive and/or paying sense, at least) a produced screenwriter. But I have some small credentials in the field of 'getting writing done' in that I've generated a fair number of final drafts of often long-ass things. Furthermore the more I encourage OTHER people to write, the more I feel like I'm doing something writerly without actually having to confront my own work. :D
For me the "I will write X pages every day no matter how awful" procedure has worked in the past, aside from my most recent use of it, a horribly messy novel I aborted out of mercy. Perhaps one day it shall rise again.
