Attention Chicagoans!

(What a thoroughly excellent word that is.)

My deepest apologies for the late notice, but what are y'all doing on the third weekend in June? I am going to be in town for my brother-in-law's graduation from Kellogg. The announcement of my forthcoming visit was delayed by the fact that its still a bit up in the air. I don't know my precise schedule yet -- I was originally planning on staying longer, but now it seems I may be in town only for the weekend, and much of that will be spent with my family and/or at a Cubs game (woo!)

At the very least, what's everybody doing on the evening of Friday the 15th? If you answered "hanging out with me" then you are likely my bestest friends ever.

I always thought it was Chicagoers. That's what I was taught in...6th grade?

Having spent my three decades of non-college life in Chicago, I can assure you we've never called ourselves Chicagoers. Though I guess I can't attest to what others call us behind our backs.

Btw, Eben: My response would be "AAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AN HOUR FROM NOW LET ALONE IN TWO WEEKS AUGH." So I'm probably at best in your second tier of friends.
