Well I'm back from Prophet's Fall. So! Much! Fun! And though I am in significantly better shape than I was a year ago at this time, I still didn't have as much stamina as I would have liked. I'm not sure I ever will; pretty much everyone is dead tired and stiff by Sunday. This was apparently particularly true at this site in Ashby, which is basically built into a hill side. I discovered all sorts of muscles in my legs I didn't know about, and wouldn't have otherwise discovered unless I'd had to, say, climb 50 flights of stairs (both up and down.)

I really wanna do it again, only of course that's not likely to happen anytime soon. C'est la vie. I wouldn't want to do it too soon anyway. As mentioned, it kind of wiped me out. But maybe I'll travel back to the Boston area for some of the spring events next year. Or maybe [livejournal.com profile] thablueguy and I will actually get a non-NERO boffer LARP started in the midwest. Or maybe (gasp!) both of those things.

Anyway. Back to the grind. I was miffed about coming in to work on Monday for reasons too stupid to go into, but I'm better now. Reading about commercial auto liability is way less exciting than LARPing.

EDIT: Hey look, my paid account appears to have expired. Have to remember to fix that when I get home.
