I am resolved to keep up the good blogging habits I established in Germany. Yes.

So I'm back in the glorious United States of America. The travel weekend was pretty hellish (as they almost inevitably are) but then I got home and had a nice dinner with most of my immediate family (my middle sister Sarah chose not to come home for some reason.) Got invited to be in my sister's fiancee's wedding party. Which means I get to wear a tux and be an usher... sweet.

Have yet to start seeing any of the CT people yet. Still sort of wasting time being lazy and enjoying all the good things that America has to offer me - like books in English and less expensive CDs. I also have to go see some movies before they go out of theaters... Pirates of the Carribean and American Wedding spring immediately to mind. I will see Jacqui and Sara before I leave for Evanston.

Turns out my little sister has Mr. Dale for History. One of the most awesome and influential teachers in my short life. Sweet. Oh, and I went to the eye doctor and I'm getting glasses... nothing serious, just astigmatism. He said I'd probably only want to use them for driving, going to the movies and the like.

Going up to Boston this weekend to see Jon Singer at Brandeis. Then all will be right with the world... or on its way there, anyway.
