the breeze warms, the girl smiles, the cloud moves...

So I was feeling a little down at various points this weekend. There were long stretches, particularly in the afternoon, that I spent (as pax_malificus so succintly put it) cooling my heels. And at the time I was sort of miffed about it. But I'm feeling better about it now -- the fault is my own, really. I did't plan this trip one iota, and my friends can hardly be blamed for having things to do with their time and previous plans and things. In any case the worst of it seems to be over, as I have plans tonight that involve not only pax_malificus but also rollick and cassielsander as well. Hurrah.

I saw Constantine with lassarina, timeshaper, calhin, sabrielrose, a_leprechaun and several others. I enjoyed it really quite a lot, and only spent a few short moments grinding my teeth or bemoaning the ways in which this movie came agonizingly close to getting it right and then screwed it up. Although I will say that the movie got Gabriel perfectly... so like I said, enjoyable.
