Since the response to my previous post wondering whether people would respond existed at all, I'm going forward with my plan. Feel free to steal the meme.

Please post a reply with a memory of an event or moment which I am present for (preferrably one I'm involved in) that you suspect I have forgotten (or never remembered in the first place.) Ideally the memory should mean something to you, as really this whole thing is an exercise to satisfy my curiosity about the subjectivity and relativity of memory in general. I will do my best to return the favor for anyone who responds.
N.B. -- To those of you all who might reply anonymously, perhaps because you don't have an LJ, please sign your posts.

Right after winter break freshman year you asked me to come hang out with you and Mary South and tried to have me meet you in front of the "abstract horse" and I had no idea what you were talking about and had to just find you by Clarkes. I don't remember what we did that night but I was excited that you'd asked me to hang out since I'd spent most of first quarter thinking you didn't like me much.

Now that you mention it, I do remember that. No idea what we did that night either, but I remember being surprised you weren't aware of the green space between the school of music and Clarke's.

I've talked over all my earliest memories of you, from that e-mail you sent me over the summer onwards. So its hard to come up with something that I think you don't remember. Hmm.
