my interest is so very piqued

Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell. Its a book that I apparently just have to read. And so, most likely, should you (assuming that you are a friend of mine if you're reading this, and therefore likely to have similar tastes.) 800 pages shouldn't pose too much trouble for me, and I've been looking for something like this ever since I finished Life At These Speeds (which was, for the record, excellent.) Now I just have to figure out whether I can afford to buy a hardback book for pleasure-reading.

Oh, I had a very good weekend by the way. Highly interesting. I'll have to be sure and post about it... later...
