Well, my One World By Night cherry is officially popped. Tonight I took a character to Court of Storms, relying solely on devringalbrath's assurances that it wasn't too bad. And you know what? It wasn't. In a perverse sort of way I actually missed LARP, and the folks in that game seem to be a good bunch. Don't get me wrong, there's the usual percentage of idiots, but somehow I had always been led to expect it would be higher than average, and it really doesn't seem to be.

I have vague designs on making this a travelling character, but I have not yet taken any active steps to accomplish that (unless posting about it here counts.) But if there are any games running in the Chicago area between February 18th and March 4th I may well try and be there. It would definitely be cool to meet up in-character with loopygirl at least once in my gaming life. Knowing my luck it won't work out somehow, but its nice to dream about.
