The Alliance is supposedly the Anglo-Sino Alliance, which happened when the last great superpowers (America and China) came together. There's signs all over the place in Chinese if you look closely, and they use speaking in Chinese to get around the censors. What I used is mostly tame stuff, comparatively.
Actually, wo de tien a literally just means " my heaven!" (wo= I ,de= possesive, tien=heaven--- like tien-an-men square, a=!!) But the sentiment is right.... goddamn I love Chinese.
